Notes.
Visual references are required. Written text as a standalone reference will not be accepted unless it is an addition to a visual reference.
When the commission is complete, two .png files wil be sent via email: one with a simple background and one with a transparent background.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to follow my Terms of Service. Failure to comply with my terms will result in a temporary ban or blacklist.

The first three revisions are free of charge. After that, revision fees will be applied for each request.

Payment.
Payment will be accepted in USD via PayPal.
The commission will be worked on after upfront payment has been made.
The commission will be automatically cancelled (unless a delay is discussed prior) if the invoice has not been paid within 24 hours after it has been sent.
Any additional charges will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.
Refunds.
Refunds will not be given unless the commission is canceled or takes more than two months to complete without updates or progress. If a refund does occur, receiving a full or partial refund will be listed under the following.
A full refund will be given if the commission is canceled BEFORE the sketch is approved (excluding PayPal’s transactional fee).
50% of the fee will be refunded in the event that the sketch is approved, but cannot be rendered.
25% of the fee will be refunded in the event that the project cannot be fully rendered.

Adoptable Policy.
By obtaining my designs — whether it is obtained through direct sale, resell, trade, or gift — you are agreeing to abide by my Adoptable Policy and Terms of Service.
Terms of Use.
Owership of the design (including the original files) will be granted after full payment is made. However, claiming full credit for the design is prohibited — even if you have ownership.
Co-ownership is prohibited.
Reposting is allowed as long as you add a watermark or adjust the resolution.
The design is for personal use only. Unless commercial use are discussed and paid, selling prints or merchandise that involve the design are prohibited.
I, the artist, reserve the copyright of the design. I may publish and use the design on my personal portfolio or social media platform with visible credit of ownership.
Editing.
You may change 20% of the original design. If you are unsure about any edits you may make, please discuss with me.
For closed species designs, please do not change their highlighted traits. However, you may make an alternate version of them as long as it is not related to the closed species.
If edits are made, please do not make edits on the original file. You may redraw the design or ask me to do so.
Designs that are clearly gendered by default must stay the same gender (psychological gender are not restricted). For androgynous designs, you are free to change or decided their gender.
Transfer of Ownership.
Both selling and purchasing parties will be held accountable for notifying me in the event that ownership is tranferred. New ownership will not be recognized unless we discuss prior.
You must own the design (or MYO) for at least 4 weeks before reselling or trading. This does not apply to gifting.
Selling the design for more than what you paid for is prohibited. However, you may add the price of commissioned art. Design price and commission price must be labeled separately.
Designs obtained through trades, gifts, raffles or other methods cannot be sold.
Designs obtained in OTA may only be sold for monetary offers, excluding any additional designs or art obtained for it.
Custom Design.
Commissions related to character designs or customs will fall under the Adoptable Policy. They will only be offered as a Full-Body or Character Sheet — followed by the same price and detail listed on my Commission page.

Payment.
Payment will be accepted in USD via PayPal. Refunds will not be accepted.
I reserve the right to reject your bid or offer for any reason.
Original files will be sent after upfront payment has been paid.
If the invoice has not been paid within 24 hours (unless discussed beforehand) after it has been sent, ownership will be tranfered to the next highest bidder.

Please read and concur before commissioning, trading, or obtaining my designs.
General.
By commissioning me, trading with me, or obtaining my designs, you are agreeing to abide by my Terms of Service. Failure to abide by my terms will result in a temporary ban or blacklist (more information can be found under Temporary Ban & Blacklist).
You must have a profile for at least 4 month or a legitimate profile to participate in any activity I may offer.
You must be over the age of 18 to participate in any transaction with me.
I reserve the right to decline any commission requests, trades, or any services without any explanation.
I will not accept commissions, customs, or art trades that have negative connotations against me and/or others, including (but are not limited to): racial/sexual discrimination, bullying or harassment, hateful or harmful speech, politics, and religion in any way, shape, or form.
I am not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection when commissions are completed or when using my designs.
Copyright & Usage Policy.
As the artist, I retain the rights to artist credits and art publications on my personal portfolio and social media platform. Publication and privitization of commissions can be considered and discussed. For reference, please refer to the following.
you are allowed to:
Claim ownership of the artwork or design.
Use the artwork or design in any way, shape, or form as long as it is for personal use.
Repost the artwork or design on any social media platform or website with visible credit via by username or link.
you are NOT allowed to:
Claim full credit for the artwork or design — even if you have ownership.
Remove my watermark or signature from the artwork.
Use my work or designs for monetary gains or profit without paying commercial fees.
Use my work (noncommercial and commercial) for blockchain-related technology including NFTs or any form of cryptocurrency.
Use my works (noncommercial and commercial) for artificial learning programs, such as AI or any computer-generators.
Temporary Ban & Blacklist.
Violators who are temporarily banned or blacklisted are restricted or prohibited from purchasing and/or participating in any of my future activities, including (but not limited to): commissions, art trades, raffles, and adoptables.
you may be temporarily banned if you:
Attempted to convince me into giving free work (commissions, customes, art trades, etcetra).
Had been rude or disrespectful while inquiring business with me.
Failed to comply with my Terms of Service.
you may be blacklisted if you:
Repeated offenses more than once.
Failed to comply with my TOS more than once.
Refused to pay the fee or did not finish your side of the art trade.
Attemped to scam me.
Used the artwork commercially without purchasing commerical fees.
Used the artwork for NFT or AI-generated programs.
Falsified a report.
Doxxed, harassed, threatened, or started a hate group against me or other people.
Used my work or designs to dox, hate, threaten, or start a hate group against me or other people.
