The first three revisions are free of charge. After that, revision fees will be applied for each request.

Commercial use: Depending on the commission, the total price will be 2x. Prior discussion will be taken into consideration.

By commissioning me or obtaining my designs, you are agreeing to abide by my Terms of Service. Failure to abide by my terms will result in a temporary ban or blacklist.

I reserve the right to decline any commission requests, trades, or other services without any explanation.

You must be the age of 18 or older, and are able to pay of your own ability (have your own PayPal, credit card, etc.) to receive my services.

Commissions, customs, or art trades that have negative connotations will NOT be accepted, including (but are not limited to): racial/sexual discrimination, bullying or harassment, hateful or harmful speech, politics, and religion in any way, shape, or form.

I am not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection when commissions are completed or when using my designs.

As the artist, I reserve and retain all rights to publish the art on my portfolio, social media platform, records, physical publications, etc. UNLESS discussed otherwise.

As the client, you have ownership of the artwork. You may be use and repost the art as long as credit is properly given and it is for personal use only. This means the art will not be used for monetary gains, profit, or advertisement in any way, shape, or form.

Commercial rights MUST be negotiated in relation to: artwork used as STREAMING ASSETS (avatar, headers, notifs, emotes, stingers, in-between screens), NETWORK ASSETS (website graphics) or MERCH PRODUCTS (charms, stickers etc).

All artwork (noncommercial and commercial) made by me are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related network including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency. I also do NOT authorize my art for use in artificial learning programs, such as AI or any programs that make computer-generated works.

Clients who are disrespectful towards me or do not respect my time, workflow, or creative process will not be tolerated, and are at risk of being blacklisted.

Filing a chargeback for completed artwork or designs will result in a blacklist. The client's right to use the artwork will be revoked, and design works such as character designs or adoptables will be resold.

Using my art in offensive themes pertaining to sex, race, religion, and etc. will result in a blacklist. The use of my artwork for any negative connotations against me or other parties will not be tolerated.

Any artwork made by me used to train AI or used for any blockchain-related network will result in an instant blacklist. You and your party may not modify my art, remove my watermark/signature, or claim the art as your own.

Payment will be accepted in USD, through invoice on PayPal or GVen.

The commission will be worked on after upfront payment has been made.

The commission will be automatically cancelled (unless a delay is discussed prior) if the invoice has not been paid within 24 hours after it has been sent.

Any additional charges will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.

A full refund will be given if the commission is canceled BEFORE the sketch is approved (excluding PayPal’s transactional fee).

50% of the fee will be refunded in the event that the sketch is approved, but cannot be rendered.

25% of the fee will be refunded in the event that the project cannot be fully rendered.
